Chef Nick has worked every position in the kitchen, from dishwasher to Head Chef, over the last decade. He’s learned to love experimenting with different flavors and cooking techniques along the way. He has honed his culinary skills in many different restaurants and resorts, ranging from mom-and-pop delis and pizzerias to high-end steakhouses and beachside resorts.
Working in various kitchens and constantly wanting to learn and develop better skills has given Chef Nick the drive to advance. When he was younger, he started as a dishwasher and worked hard and learned. Once he was given the chance to help out on the line, he fell in love with the kitchen environment. Eventually, his passion for creating food grew. With it, the opportunity to try new dishes and ingredients in these restaurant kitchens developed, where he began to hone his skills. While he was working there, he craved the ability to share these different flavors and creations.
